Day 14 of the 30 Day writing challenge.
14. Your life in 7 years.
Kee: Renae, Renae, Renae… What did we say about this sort of stuff on Day 9?
**Renae points at the questions in mute defence**
Kee: Look, Tate. Seven years isn’t going to change anything. Age is just a number. Right, Renae? Tate is still going to be fabulous Tate. I can’t see him leaving the job he’s had since straight out of high school unless Versace or Dolce or one of those places decide to snap him up. Me? **shrugs** I’m happy being a boilermaker. As long as there’s work and as long as I’m physically able, I’m happy to be doing that. I have no plans to leave.
Tate: Will we still be watching John play football and hanging out at Aaron’s place?
Kee: Can you think of any better way to be spending Sunday afternoon other than surrounded by friends?
Sometimes things just need to be said.
